2023. 02. 11. 초밥. 오늘은 초밥을 저녁으로 선택해서 먹고왔다. 지난 번 방문에서 새우장이 맛있다고 생각했다. 오늘도 새우장은 맛있었고, 간장새우 초밥이 아니라 새우장으로 6p를 추가하여 초밥을 주문하여 먹었다. 기억을 돌려보자면 광어 지느러미 (엔가와?) 초밥이 역시 식감이 좋다고 생각했다. 연어는 불에 그을린 형태의 초밥이 내 입맛에 더 잘 맞다고 생각했고 연어의 뼈에 붙어있는 살들을 잘 조려서 에피타이저로 내주었는데 조림이 달콤, 고소, 짭짤하니 맛이 좋았다. 장어와 소고기 초밥은 늘 양념의 맛이 강하게 느껴지고, 그 뒤에는 별 느낌이 없이 지나갔던 것 같다. 우니가 올라간 군함은 우니의 식감 덕에 크리미한 질감을 느끼면서 먹었고 연어와 양파 그리고 소스의 조합은 언제나 무난히 맛있다. 참치와 농어였나 무난히 맛있게 잘.. 2023. 2. 11.
